How I help.

Growing up with two medical professionals in my family, I witnessed firsthand the impact that high-stress work environments can have on one’s health. I observed how delicate the balance between career, family, and personal wellness can be, and the strain that can arise from constantly performing under pressure.

I’ve worked with doctors, lawyers, CEOs, computer engineers, restaurant workers, and mental health practitioners to reduce the impact that their career has had on their mental and emotional health. I teach useful techniques for effectively managing work-related stress to help folks return to a more sustainable life balance.

Burnout can also surface deeper personal challenges that have gone unattended, such as low self-esteem, unhealthy coping patterns, and relationship conflict. Together, we’ll work to untangle the roots of these issues to heal past traumas that are keeping you from being the best version of yourself.
