  • I am located in Oakland, California, but can work with any California resident via video session.

  • Yes, I see clients both in-person as well as remotely via Telehealth.

  • I do not accept insurance at this time, however you may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider’s Out of Network benefits. I provide monthly superbills to facilitate that process for you.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on income and a person’s individual circumstances.

  • There is no definitive answer to this question. The length of time that someone sees their therapist depends on their goals and their progress towards those goals, and ultimately is up to them. I will work with you to help you meet your goals within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Research shows that therapy is most effective with regular participation, and I require that we meet on a weekly basis during the initial phase of treatment.

  • I am currently only licensed in California and am only authorized to work with California residents at this time.

  • I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to start time will be billed at the full session rate.
