Yes, I see clients both in-person as well as remotely via Telehealth.

Research shows that therapy is most effective with regular participation, and I highly encourage meeting on a weekly basis until your initial goals are reached. I require a minimum commitment of 6 weekly sessions for couples therapy.

There is no definitive answer to this question. The length of time that someone sees their therapist depends on their goals and their progress towards those goals, and ultimately is up to them. I will work with you to help you meet your goals within a reasonable timeframe. On average, I find that most couples stay in weekly treatment for about 4-5 months, but this can vary from case to case.

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to start time will be billed at the full session rate.

I do not accept insurance, but many clients receive reimbursement through their insurance provider’s Out of Network health benefits. I provide monthly superbills to facilitate that process for you.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on income and a person’s individual circumstances. Sliding scale pricing is offered in 3 month increments .

For therapy, I am currently only licensed in California and am only authorized to work with California residents at this time. I do offer Relationship Coaching for those seeking to build relationship skills, which is open to non-California residents.
